Upgrading our technology is exciting - but we want to make sure you have no interruption in your banking experience. To achieve that, we need you to take a few actions before July 13th. Thanks for your time and we look forward to serving you better.

4 EASY STEPS to Prepare for our Upgrade

  • Pencil it in (and plan ahead) - The technology upgrade will begin at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, July 13th and will continue through Monday, July 16th. All Savings Bank of Danbury branches will be closed during this time and many services will be unavailable, so plan ahead for any needs you may have. See the technology upgrade schedule below for complete details. 
    The branches reopen on Tuesday, July 17th
  • Check online bill payments - We want to make sure you don’t miss a payment so please review any bills due between July 17th and July 20th, 2018 and schedule these for a send on date of July 13, 2018. NOTE: Online Bill Pay  will be disabled on July 11, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. as we transition  platforms. You will not be able to access or schedule bill  payments during this time.
  • Write down your account numbers for easy reference - Your account numbers will remain the same after the upgrade, but we recommend that prior to Friday, July13th you record your account  numbers and keep them for reference after the upgrade. You can locate your account number(s) on a previous account statement. You can call also us at 203.830.4390 or stop into your branch prior to July 13th and we can help you with this information.
  • Keep our Technology Upgrade Schedule close by - Below is a full schedule of our services and when they will be offline during this upgrade. Use it as a reference for any banking services you may have before the upgrade.
