Savings Bank of Danbury proudly celebrates the successes, milestones and achievements of our team members.

One of the ways we do so is by recognizing employees for accomplishments that go above and beyond the normal requirements of his/her duties. This could include:

  • Solving a particularly difficult or significant problem,
  • Making an especially valuable contribution to a successful project.
  • Making a unique or key contribution to the bank.
  • Notable, successful performance under unusually difficult circumstances.
  • Dedication to helping customers.
  • Suggesting cost savings to the company.

Each team member selected for recognition receives an award from the Bank. Additionally, the individual’s accomplishments are highlighted in our internal and external communications. The program is extremely popular among our team.
