We strongly encourage our employees to learn, grow and develop professionally. We offer numerous opportunities for each team member to do so.

We support having employees and officers participate in industry and banking association educational opportunities. The Bank pays the costs of classes through the Center for Financial Training (CFT) for any full-time employee with at least three months of service.  

For full-time employees with a year or more service who are enrolled in a business-related degree program, the Bank will reimburse the cost of college tuition up to the maximum annual amount allowed by the IRS.
