b'EMPLOYEE ACTIVITIES[ The Great Place To Work Committee did not disappoint in 2018! ] This group of dedicated Bank employees started the year by organizinga trip to the Palace Theater in Waterbury, CT to see Jersey Boys. More than 100 employees, directors, and corporators attended the performanceand reception. In September, we filled a charter bus and headed toYankee Stadium to see the Yankees take on Baltimore. These two events were so popular that plans are already underway for similar programs in 2019. In the fall, the committee joined forces with the Millennial Focus Group and produced a video of our participation in the Paint-A-Pumpkin event at Halas Farm in Danbury. Employees and their families were treated to pumpkins to paint and a number of other activities for an afternoon of fun. The two groups also assisted the Daily Bread Food Pantry during Thanksgiving by assisting nearly 500 families get their donated mealsto their homes or cars. In addition, many members of the Millennial Focus Group recorded tutorial videos that were used during the Banks system upgrade this summer.
